The first grass course in the Middle East and the premier host of
the Dubai Desert Classic, a PGA European Tour sanctioned event.
The Majlis – a 7,211 yard Par 72 course, with its lush fairways
and large greens is a formidable test of golf. A magnificent finish
is guaranteed on the 18th hole, whose green is a long dog-leg and
a lake away from the tee. Opened in 1988, The Majlis course was
planned to be both challenging and fair. It is equally playable
by leading tournament professionals and the competent weekend golfer.
