Service
Our service to you
as the home owner includes the following:
• We will take
internal and external photographs of your property
for advertising on our website and other promotional
material.
• We will prepare a full inventory of your
property and its contents to reconcile against
when your clients leave the property.
• We pro-actively market your property using
our website www.arabianescapes.com.
Our site is given maximum exposure to all
major global search engines.
We advertise in international and
national publications worldwide.
A side from this, it is the personal service that
we offer that sells our company over and
above others.
• We administrate and manage the booking
from start to finish.
• Update and maintain the availability chart
for your property (on an exclusive basis only).
• Ensure that rental fees are collected
in accordance with our booking terms and conditions.
• Ensure that our visitors sign our holiday
letting terms and conditions at the time of booking.
• We will meet and greet visitors at your
property with the keys, explaining facilities,
house rules and safety requirements.
• Collection of keys at the end of the rental
period and reconciliation of the inventory against
the contents.
• Cleaning of your property after visitors
have left, including the laundering of all bedding
and linen. This is charged at an additional cost
of Dhs 25/GBP 4 per hour.

for this service are 20%
Holiday Letting Booking and Property Management
Service
In addition to our
Holiday Booking Service we will perform an additional
twice monthly visit to the property which will
include the following:
• Acting as
official key and local point of contact.
• Carry out visual interior and exterior
inspection for any obvious problems.
• Carry out a visual check of the interior,
checking soft furnishings and furniture for wear
and tear and note any problems.
• Open windows and doors to air interior
of the property whenever necessary.
• Check for insects and pests and recommend
remedial action if required.
• Check operation and functionality of electrical
and mechanical appliances to make sure they are
all operational.
• Check and inspect all sanitary equipment
and plumbing and report on leaks or bad smells
where applicable.
• Check security devices or alarms where
fitted.
• Reconcile the inventory against the contents.
• Create monthly activity log detailing
conditions of property, highlighting problems
if any and recommendations for improvement.
Your monthly report will be available
and can be sent via email or fax.
Our fees for this service are 25% of the rental
income.
